(The Melon and the "Thug")
Curiouser and curiouser...
Strange that I would pull The Melon today, just about a year after the very first time I ever pulled it...
Just as right around that time, we find ourselves ripe and ready, bursting with creative ideas and a certain readiness like a fruit that has come to its ripened fruition.
It can be an almost sensual and fragrant time...not necessarily in the way we understand temporal sensuality, but rather a touching and tingling of all of the senses in an intangible way, something felt but unseen, hard to place.
In other words, this budding and ripeness of creativity will more than likely begin to attract the things you have been seeking as well as new people who are drawn to that certain catalyzing sensation you are emitting right now.
Here's the warning: enter el Apache...or as the Mexican Loteria deems "the thug".
The saying attached to this card traditionally is, "Ay chihuahua! Cuanto apache con pantalón y huarache?" ("Oh my goodness! How many thugs there are with trousers and sandals?").
BEWARE the mainstreamers!
There are alot of low frequency dwelling people who just looooooove to attach themselves to fully lit lightworkers, artists, those of us who are intentionally following a purpose-driven path.
They may mean well or at least think they do, but often end up behaving as energy vampires that, let's face it, sensitives like us simply cannot hang around.
Pay attention to coat-tail riders, jealous gossipers masquerading as new "friends", overzealous strangers...mostly PROTECT YOUR ENERGY, little flame.
Far better to help the collective from afar than to be burned by individual charity cases in times of sensitive growth.
Shine bright, but don't let others block out your light.
